Green has become an often-used buzzword to describe a genuine concern and ethic toward our environment. Summit County Real Estate Update


Great news: The Breckenridge and Summit County real estate market continues to show improvement for this year.  According to Slifer Smith and Frampton Real Estate’s report, the transaction volume and average sales price of homes have steadily increased from 2012 and 2013 prices.  Homesites however, are still at a lower average sale price than 2010-2013 prices and are on the market for a longer time period before selling.
